User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• We are not liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

You agree not to misuse the JobTracker services. For example, you must not:

• Breach or otherwise circumvent any security or authentication measures.
• Access, tamper with, or use non-public areas or parts of the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt any user, host, or network, for example by sending a virus, overloading, flooding, spamming, or mail-bombing.

Your privacy is critically important to us. At JobTracker, we have a few fundamental principles:

• We don’t share your personal information with anyone except to comply with the law, develop our products, or protect our rights.
• We don’t store personal information on our servers unless required for the on-going operation of one of our services.

Subscriptions

Monthly subscription fees are charged in advance. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, but no partial or full refunds will be issued for the current billing period.

Lifetime Access & JPs Top-Ups

One-time purchases such as lifetime access and JPs (Job Points) are final upon completion of payment. Purchased JPs never expire and remain in your account indefinitely.
